If you are looking to gain lateral strength and explosiveness, this is the product. Similar to a slide board, but instead of sliding from side to side the athlete must jump. Comes with 2 dual slant boards and a 10"" rubber mat. Dual slant boards have a 12 degree and 16 degree angle so that the athlete can choose a more aggressive workout if desired. Ideal for any hard surface where mat can be laid flat.
