We pride ourselves on providing the very best training services in the city of Vancouver. Due to our top of the line assessments, scientific knowledge, experience and coaching skills we can get you in and out of the gym in a more timely fashion with better results so that you can enjoy your time and new found level of fitness doing the things that you truly enjoy.

Our training classes are 100% customized to your goals.

We require a minimum 8 week commitment:

  • Two (2) Sessions - once every four weeks
  • Four (4) Sessions - every two weeks
  • Eight (8) Sessions - 1x per week
  • Sixteen (16) Sessions - 2x per week
  • Twenty Four (24) Sessions - 3x per week

30 Minute Challenge Classes

If you think that 30 minutes is too short of a time to get an effective workout then we challenge you to give these sessions a try. They are short, sweet and to the point. Our promise aside from helping you achieve your fitness goals is to not waste any of your precious time with useless exercises.

We will put our 30 minute sessions up against anyone’s traditional 60 minute session. We are able to condense our workouts into 30 minutes because we do our homework before we start training with our in depth “wants and needs analysis”. You tell us what you want by filling out our “wants questionnaire” and we determine what you need during our assessment which includes both a bio signature analysis as well as a functional movement screen. These two pieces of information will tell us exactly what exercises you should be doing and more importantly which exercises you shouldn’t be doing.

So ask yourself this Simple Question

  • If you get a 30 minutes workout that is just as good if not better than an hour long workout then why wouldn’t you? (Did we mention that they are also less expensive than there 60 minute counter parts?)

Strength & Conditioning Workout

As the name suggests these sessions are focused on strength and conditioning and are geared towards those that are looking to increase their bodies’ ability to perform. Perform what you ask anything that you want.

These sessions promise to increase:

  • Fat Burning
  • Muscle Building
  • Power
  • Agility
  • Endurance
  • Resistance to injury

Fat Loss Circuit Classes

These classes have only one aim and that is to loss unwanted body fat. These classes do exactly that by boosting your metabolism through the roof with high intensity intervals while also promoting lean muscle tissue which will increase your base line metabolism all day and all night.

What separates these classes from other circuit classes is that we support you and your goal of losing body fat outside of the gym by equipping you with the information that you need in order to make this battle against the bulge a successful one.

Each participant will have the opportunity to go through our Biosignature Analysis which will help dictate the focus of the class for you personally!
